The short version

Microsoft Copilot Studio tops this ranking for organizations already living inside Microsoft 365, with Intercom's Fin AI Agent and NICE-backed Cognigy close behind for dedicated customer service. But read that verdict carefully, because the feature race is largely over.

Multi-model orchestration (routing a conversation across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other model providers) and SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO compliance are now table stakes at the top of this field. What actually decides the purchase is structural: whether you extend the stack you already own or buy standalone, and whether finance can forecast a bill under pricing that almost every enterprise-grade leader hides behind a sales gate.

Two things to hold onto before you shortlist. First, the headline resolution rates you will see quoted (76 percent from Intercom, 84 percent from Ada, 80 to 85 percent from Zendesk and Salesforce, 67 percent from Tidio) are vendor self-reported. Only Zendesk carries an independent-style corroboration, a G2 AI benchmark scoring it 81 with 85 percent response accuracy.

Second, funding is not proof of a proven product. The best-capitalized names here also carry the thinnest independent-review validation, so read a large raise as evidence the vendor will still exist next year, not evidence the deployed bot is any good.

Why this field splits by billing, not by features

Sort these 22 platforms by capability and the top ten blur together. Sort them by how they charge and the market snaps into focus. One camp publishes real numbers you can put in a spreadsheet.

The other quotes by outcome, conversation, resolution, action, or credit, usually with an undisclosed minimum, and often behind a pricing page that returns a 404 until you book a demo. That billing split reshapes procurement more than any feature comparison, and the fork below routes you by it.

The second fault line is ownership. Most of the leaders are explicitly best suited to organizations already invested in a specific stack, whether that is a productivity suite, a CRM, a helpdesk, or a contact center.

If you already run that stack, the native option collapses your integration work and your switching risk. If you do not, you are buying a relationship, and reviewers flag hard exits, including the difficulty of migrating a WhatsApp number off Yellow.ai. The fork below maps each stack to its native pick.

The valuation-to-verification gap is the quiet surprise in this data. Sierra raised 950 million dollars at a 15.8 billion dollar valuation and shows 14 G2 reviews. Decagon closed 250 million dollars at 4.5 billion and shows 18. Parloa raised a 350 million dollar Series D at 3 billion and shows exactly one independent review. Funding tells you the company will still exist next year. It tells you nothing about how the deployed bot treats your customers.

Master comparison

The columns below are the axes that decide the purchase, not the ones vendors market on. Scan the pricing-model column first: it makes visible that this field is divided by how it bills.

Compliance and certification matrix

This is the table your security and legal teams can shortlist from without a sales call. A blank cell means the certification was not documented on the official pages reviewed, not that it definitively does not exist, but for procurement purposes an undocumented cert is a cert you cannot rely on. Two facts stand out across all 22: FedRAMP appears only on Sierra, and PCI DSS appears only on Sierra and Parloa.

Tool	SOC 2	ISO 27001	HIPAA	GDPR	PCI DSS	FedRAMP	Additional

Ecosystem-native or standalone: a three-question fork

Do not treat these 22 as interchangeable. Three questions route you to the right half of the list before you compare a single feature.

Do you already run Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshworks, or a CCaaS contact center at scale? If yes, the native option almost always wins on integration depth and switching cost: Copilot Studio for Microsoft 365, Agentforce for Salesforce, Zendesk AI Agents for Zendesk, Freshchat for Freshworks, and Cognigy, Parloa, Yellow.ai, or Kore.ai for a contact center. If no, you are free to shop the standalone field (Intercom, Crisp, Tidio, Chatbase, and the SMB builders).
Can you sit through enterprise procurement, or do you need to self-serve today? Sales-gated with no public pricing: Cognigy, Sierra, Parloa, Ada, Voiceflow, and Decagon. If you need to budget without a demo call, start from the platforms that publish numbers.
Is forecastable, flat pricing a hard requirement from finance? If a per-outcome, per-conversation, or per-credit bill with an undisclosed minimum is a dealbreaker, the flat-rate and clearly tiered options (Crisp, Kommunicate, Chatbase, Tidio, Chaindesk, Freshchat, Landbot) move to the top of your list regardless of rank.

Two platforms sit between the transparent and sales-gated camps. Zendesk publishes its seat prices but not its per-resolution AI cost, and Yellow.ai publishes only a capped free plan and a custom Enterprise tier, leaving the entire mid-market price point undisclosed. Budget for a follow-up conversation with either.

The 22 AI chatbot platforms, ranked

1. Microsoft Copilot Studio, the Microsoft 365-native agent builder and this list's best pick for integrations and power users

Copilot Studio meters everything through Copilot Credits, and the per-feature rates are the part finance has to model:

A classic answer costs 1 credit; a generative answer costs 2 credits.
A premium AI tool costs 100 credits per 10 responses.
Reasoning-model usage adds 10 credits per 1,000 tokens on top of the base rate.
Packs run 200 dollars per 25,000 credits, with pay-as-you-go and prepaid options.

That reach is the reason to buy. Microsoft states Copilot Studio offers more than 1,400 external connectors plus Model Context Protocol (MCP) server support, MCP being an open standard for grounding agents in external data and tools, and it layers on multi-agent orchestration and a choice of models including GPT-5 and Claude. It is deepest inside Microsoft 365, publishing natively into Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot Chat, and G2 reviewers score it 4.5/5 across 101 reviews with a 9.1 ease-of-setup subscore. If you already run Microsoft 365 and want enterprise orchestration rather than a simple standalone bot, nothing here integrates more tightly.

The bill is the catch. The Copilot Credit model is genuinely hard to forecast, one of the two most consistent complaints from reviewers, and full external-channel publishing plus multi-agent features need a paid Copilot Studio license on top of, or instead of, the 30 dollar per user per month Microsoft 365 Copilot plan. Buyers who need self-serve, predictable pricing should look lower on this list.

2. Intercom (Fin AI Agent), the compliance-heavy customer service agent priced purely on results

Core price: a flat 0.99 dollars per outcome, charged only when a customer confirms resolution or does not ask for more help, with no seat cost.
The catch: an unspecified minimum monthly commitment and no public base price for the Essential, Advanced, or Expert plans.
Add-ons: Pro at 99 dollars per month, Copilot at 29 dollars per month billed annually, Proactive Support Plus at 99 dollars per month.

Fin is the most independently validated dedicated customer service agent here, ranked number one AI Agent by review volume. It spans voice, chat, email, Slack, and social, uses multi-model failover across OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, and runs on a 99.8 percent SLA, with compliance broad enough to clear most procurement (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR/CCPA, plus ISO 27701, 27018, and AIUC-1). It fits a mid-market-to-enterprise support team that needs multi-channel automation and can absorb outcome-based pricing.

Intercom reports a 76 percent average resolution rate across more than 12,000 customers, with some teams exceeding 85 percent; those are vendor-reported. The model breaks down for you if finance cannot commit to a per-resolution bill with an undisclosed floor, or if your knowledge base is thin, since reviewers say accuracy depends heavily on it and note that context-heavy issues trigger unnecessary escalations.

3. Kommunicate, the transparently priced mid-market platform with no vendor lock-in on models

Kommunicate is a rare mid-market option that publishes real per-conversation prices, Starter at 40 dollars per month for 250 conversations, Professional at 200 dollars for 2,000 to 2,500, Enterprise by quote, and it lets you pick among OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini rather than locking you to one model. Its no-code Kompose builder, Voice AI Agent, and AI Email Ticketing cover the common support surface, and it integrates across Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, HubSpot, and Pipedrive plus native iOS, Android, Flutter, and React Native SDKs. For an SMB-to-mid-market support team that wants documented compliance and no model lock-in, it earns its rank.

Watch the overages: extra conversations run roughly 10 to 15 dollars per 1,000, and costs climb faster than the sticker tiers suggest. Some reviewers report bugginess and inconsistent mobile responsiveness, and the company does not disclose funding, age, or scale, which makes viability harder to judge than for the ecosystem giants above it.

4. Cognigy, the NICE-owned contact-center brain with no published price

Cognigy's pricing page returns a 404, and its billing docs describe only a custom, conversation-based license with no published rates and no free tier, so budgeting means a sales call. What settles its viability question in a way most rivals cannot: NICE, a public company, closed its acquisition of Cognigy in September 2025, announced at roughly 955 million dollars, the largest in NICE's 40-year history. The platform is built for the contact center, with agentic AI, RAG-based Knowledge AI, multi-vendor LLM orchestration, a dedicated Voice Gateway, and native ties to Avaya, AWS Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE CXone, and 8x8. Compliance is strong (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, CCPA, EcoVadis).

Cognigy makes sense when you run a contact center and can budget through a custom quote. The reason to hesitate is reporting depth: the top reviewer complaint is limited analytics that restrict advanced flow analysis. Named results are concrete, Lufthansa at 16-plus million automated conversations a year and Toyota at 98 percent customer satisfaction across 25-plus agents.

5. Salesforce Agentforce, the CRM-grounded agent for Salesforce shops

Per conversation: 2 dollars, a flat fee regardless of task complexity.
Per action: Flex Credits at 500 dollars per 100,000 credits, where each action consumes 20 credits (0.10 dollars per action).
Existing customers: a 100,000 Flex Credit allotment is included for Enterprise Edition and above via Salesforce Foundations; there is no standalone free tier.

Agentforce exists to act on live CRM data through the Atlas Reasoning Engine, Agent Script hybrid reasoning, and Agentforce Voice, natively across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing in Customer 360. The Einstein Trust Layer masks PII before prompts reach the model and holds zero-data-retention agreements with LLM partners including OpenAI. Salesforce reports it resolves about 85 percent of visitor issues on its own Help site, a vendor-reported figure. This is the agent for organizations already standardized on Salesforce.

The reasons to pass are consistent. The dual per-conversation and per-action pricing draws steady complaints for being hard to predict, advanced setup carries a steep learning curve that often needs Salesforce admin expertise, and the value collapses if you are not already invested in the ecosystem.

6. Crisp, the flat-rate all-in-one and this list's best value

Crisp does the one thing almost nobody else at this tier does: it publishes flat, clearly limited prices and offers a real free plan. A permanent free tier sits under four paid levels, Mini at 45 dollars, Essentials at 95 dollars, Plus at 295 dollars per month per workspace, then Enterprise by quote, each stating seat, profile, and AI-credit limits (Mini includes 5 dollars of AI credits, about 90 automated conversations; Plus includes 75 dollars, about 1,350). On top sits the Hugo agent, which lets you pick among GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Mistral and test them side by side in a Playground before deploying across web, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and email. For a small-to-mid-size team that wants predictable pricing and multi-model flexibility, it is the best value on this list.

Two cautions before you commit. Reviewers flag a steep jump from the 95 dollar Essentials tier to 295 dollar Plus for features like ticketing, and there is no independent benchmark of Hugo's answer quality nor a dedicated security certification page, so treat compliance as thin. Crisp cites roughly 10,000 companies including Air France and Decathlon.

7. Zendesk AI Agents, the usage-priced agent bundled into the Zendesk suite

Zendesk splits its bill in two, and both halves matter to the model:

Seats (public): Suite Team at 55 dollars per agent per month with AI Agents included, Suite Professional at 115 dollars, Enterprise plus Copilot by quote.
The AI itself: usage-based on automated resolutions, with no per-resolution dollar figure published.

Zendesk is one of the few platforms here whose resolution claims carry independent-style corroboration: a G2 AI benchmark scores it 81 overall, 18 points above category average, with 85 percent response accuracy. It resolves up to 80 percent of interactions via a Resolution Learning Loop, covers messaging, email, and voice (voice still in Early Access), and supports 80 languages, backed by SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISO 27018 certifications. It belongs at the top of your list if Zendesk is or will be your core helpdesk. Look elsewhere if you want a standalone bot or need to model the AI cost precisely up front, since the per-resolution usage figure is off the public pricing page and full agentic capability sits behind an Enterprise plus Copilot quote. Published outcomes are concrete: TeamSystem at 80 percent automation, Babbel at 50-plus percent resolution.

8. Sierra, the Bret Taylor venture with elite funding and thin proof

Sierra has the pedigree and the balance sheet: founded in 2023 by Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor, it raised 950 million dollars in May 2026 at a 15.8 billion dollar valuation, the highest here, and passed 150 million dollars in ARR within eight quarters with more than 40 percent of the Fortune 50 as customers. It carries the most complete compliance set on this list, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, EU AI Act, PCI DSS, and FedRAMP, the only platform here documenting FedRAMP, all behind a dedicated Trust Center. Reviewers praise agents that take real actions end to end rather than deflecting to help articles, across voice, chat, email, SMS, and WhatsApp in 59 languages.

The counterweight is verification. Against that funding sit only 14 public reviews, reviewers say scalability at full enterprise scale is still largely unproven, and some report context loss in longer conversations. Pricing is sales-quote only: the page 404s, there is no self-serve or free tier, and contracts are custom and outcome-based. Sierra fits a large enterprise able to commit to a sales-led deal, but do not expect to evaluate it on user sentiment.

9. Parloa, the best-for-enterprise and most-dependable pick, with almost no independent reviews

Parloa takes both the enterprise and dependability picks on integration depth, compliance, and scale: a 350 million dollar Series D at a 3 billion dollar valuation led by General Catalyst, with more than a billion customer interactions across 100-plus countries and 140-plus languages. It is deeply contact-center native, with CCaaS integrations (Genesys, Twilio, AWS, Cisco), enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Zendesk, UiPath, Microsoft), and bring-your-own STT, TTS, and LLM. Its compliance set is rare for the category, ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type 1 and 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and DORA, one of only two here documenting PCI DSS. Case studies are concrete: BarmeniaGothaer citing a 90 percent workload reduction via its Mina agent, TUI citing 97 percent real-time translation accuracy. Pricing is sales-quote only, with the page returning a 404 and no plan names anywhere.

Parloa is the sharpest illustration of this list's central tension. A 3 billion dollar valuation and a billion-plus interactions sit alongside exactly one independent review, and every capability claim is vendor-produced case-study material rather than an independent benchmark. For a regulated enterprise contact center, the compliance set may justify the leap. For anyone hoping to vet it through user sentiment, there is nothing to read.

10. Tidio (Lyro AI), the ecommerce-friendly live chat with a free tier

Tidio layers the Lyro AI agent onto a live-chat-plus-help-desk core, a natural fit for small-to-mid ecommerce and SaaS teams that want AI deflection on top of human support rather than a pure enterprise deployment. The pricing is tiered and mostly transparent, Free (50 conversations a month, lifetime), Starter 24.17 dollars, Growth from 49.17 dollars, Plus from 749 dollars per month, then Premium by quote, but the Lyro AI Agent and Flows automation bill as separate line items, so the real monthly cost reads higher than the sticker. A free tier and 120-plus ecommerce integrations including Shopify, WooCommerce, and HubSpot lower the barrier, and multi-channel coverage across live chat, email, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp comes out of the box.

Tidio describes Lyro's 67 percent resolution rate as the highest on the market, but that figure comes only from its own marketing with no independent benchmark, so weigh it accordingly. Reviewers also note costs climb quickly as seats are added.

11. Chatbase, the fast, transparent SMB bot builder

Chatbase is built for speed: Capterra reviewers rate ease of use 4.6/5 and report functional bots live in about 10 minutes. Its pricing is published in full, Free (50 credits a month), Hobby 32 dollars, Standard 120 dollars for 4,000 credits, Pro 400 dollars for 15,000 credits per month, then Enterprise custom. Its trust posture is unusually explicit for the SMB tier, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA-eligible on Enterprise, and a stated policy that customer data is never used for model training, with named customers including Bridgestone, IHG, and National Grid. It deploys to website, email, Meta Apps, Shopify, phone, Slack, and Zendesk across 80-plus languages, and suits an SMB or mid-market team that wants a low-friction bot across web and messaging.

Two caveats matter for heavier use: reviewers report the API lacks context maintenance between conversations, limiting sophisticated multi-turn use, and support responsiveness draws conflicting signals, praised on G2 but repeatedly flagged as slow on Capterra and ProductHunt.

12. Ada, the well-funded enterprise platform behind a sales gate

Ada is a well-capitalized enterprise platform, a 1.2 billion dollar valuation on a 130 million dollar Series C, with 350-plus referenced deployments including Pinterest and Monday.com. It runs across 9 channels with an MCP Server and connectors to Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and AWS, and carries HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, and AIUC-1 compliance plus independent annual penetration testing that includes the LLMs and zero data retention with providers. Pricing is sales-quote only: the pricing page is a demo-booking gate with no plan, price, or tier. It fits a mid-market or enterprise CX team comfortable buying that way.

Ada shows a sharp admin-versus-end-customer gap. Buyers rate it 4.6 on G2 and 4.7 on Capterra, praising a 9.4/10 support experience, while the people actually talking to the deployed bots rate it about 1.9 on Trustpilot. A high buyer score measures how the platform feels to configure. It does not measure how the bot feels to your customer.

13. Yellow.ai, the omnichannel enterprise platform with an opaque middle

Yellow.ai offers broad omnichannel coverage under one platform, dedicated voice AI (Nexus Vox, which the vendor says can clone a voice in 10 seconds across 500-plus languages), chat, and email, plus a 15-plus-model architecture that avoids single-vendor lock-in and a claimed sub-1 percent hallucination rate. It carries 150-plus prebuilt integrations across CRM, ERP, HRMS, and ITSM (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow) and suits larger organizations needing that depth. The pricing, though, hides its middle: a capped free plan (1 agent, 500 chat sessions a month, then 0.99 dollars per resolution) and an unpriced custom Enterprise tier, with the entire mid-market price point undisclosed.

The lock-in is the sharpest caveat. At least one reviewer flagged the difficulty of migrating a WhatsApp number off the platform, a concrete exit cost, and others report that editing an existing bot journey takes significant extra technical effort and cite platform outages affecting SLAs.

14. Kore.ai, the regulated-enterprise platform with partial pricing transparency

Kore.ai's customer roster is its clearest signal: Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Pfizer, and Johnson and Johnson all appear on its own site, and it is a recognized Leader in Gartner's 2025 Magic Quadrant and Forrester's 2024 Conversational AI Wave. The XO Platform spans no-code to pro-code building with governance and 100 percent audit logging, is HIPAA-compliant with runtime compliance enforcement, and offers multi-LLM flexibility via native Amazon Bedrock and Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. Pricing is only partly public: the default Standard Plan bills 0.20 dollars per conversation after 500 dollars in free credits, but the Essential, Advanced, and Enterprise tiers carry no published price, and standard support plans start at 1,000 dollars a month. It fits a regulated enterprise that needs those controls and can invest in the learning curve.

Pass on it if you want simple, fully published, self-serve pricing, or if your bots pull from many integrations at once, where users report noticeable performance lag.

15. Botsify, the white-label builder for agencies

Botsify is a white-label play: it exists so agencies, consultants, and SMBs can deploy and resell multi-channel bots across WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, SMS, and website without building software, advertising 5,000-plus integrations via MCP including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier. Only one tier is publicly priced, the Done-for-You Agent Plan at 149 dollars per month (or 1,490 dollars a year) for 30,000 credits and 60 voice-call minutes, with separate agency and white-label pricing referenced but not disclosed. It publishes reseller case studies of 60,000 dollars and 40,000 dollars in ARR and suits a non-technical team that values quick no-code setup and a reseller model.

The cautions are straightforward: a thin 45-review base, reviewers reporting occasional query misinterpretation, and no security certifications documented, only a privacy policy and GDPR page.

16. Voiceflow, the multi-LLM agent designer that gates its pricing

Voiceflow is a strong design-and-build environment for product, CX, and engineering teams that want multi-channel agents across voice and chat with real model flexibility across GPT, Claude, Gemini, Meta Llama, and custom models. It is enterprise-proven at scale, citing 4,000-plus customers including JP Morgan Chase, Allstate, and Turo, plus a built-in observability suite with LLM-powered evaluations. The friction is pricing: the page now shows no plan names or dollar amounts at all, splitting into a usage-based Agencies and Partners track and a Businesses track that requires booking a demo, and no dedicated security or certification page could be found.

Reviewers also report a steep learning curve for advanced features and weaker integration depth with some external tools such as email. Named results include Turo at 82 percent user satisfaction and Trilogy automating 60 percent of support interactions in 12 weeks.

17. Chaindesk, the transparent SMB builder mid-rebrand to Askli

Chaindesk, now rebranding to Askli, is a no-code, GPT-4-powered builder that trains bots on your own documents and sites, with fully published tiers, Free (200 credits a month), Growth 49 dollars, Pro 99 dollars, Enterprise 499 dollars per month, and a 20 percent annual discount. It connects natively to WordPress, Slack, Zendesk, WhatsApp, Messenger, Shopify, and Zapier, and suits an SMB wanting fast deployment across common support and messaging channels.

Two things temper it. The 2026 rebrand fragments its brand and review continuity, the old chaindesk.ai domain no longer resolves cleanly, and no certifications could be verified beyond an encrypted-storage claim and a France origin. With no G2, Capterra, or Trustpilot listing yet, treat the 4.9/5 across 42 ProductHunt reviews as encouraging but shallow.

18. Freshchat (Freddy AI), the easy-to-adopt Freshworks inbox with a metered AI add-on

Freshchat is the easy-onboarding choice for teams already in or moving to Freshworks, with transparent per-agent pricing, Free (up to 10 agents), Growth 19 dollars, Pro 49 dollars, Enterprise 79 dollars per agent per month billed annually, plus a G2 Best Usability reputation. It consolidates web, WhatsApp, Messenger, email, and voice into one agent view and is backed by a large vendor with 74,000-plus customers. The catch sits in the AI: the Freddy AI Agent is billed by session, first 500 included, then 49 dollars per 100 sessions, a metered add-on rather than part of seat pricing.

The honest limitation is the AI depth itself: reviewers report Freddy feels shallow versus dedicated AI-first competitors, and some long-term users describe the product as stagnant. Buy it for the easy multichannel inbox, not for category-leading AI.

19. Manychat, the social-DM automation platform with AI as an add-on

Manychat is a mature, easy-to-use DM automation platform for social commerce and lead generation, natively covering Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, SMS, and Telegram with a drag-and-drop builder reviewers find easy to learn (4.4/5 for ease of use on Capterra). It bills per subscriber, Free (1,000 contacts), PRO from 15 dollars per month, an Inbox add-on from 99 dollars, and the AI features as a separate 29 dollar per month add-on. It fits small-to-medium businesses and creators running social messaging at scale.

Be clear about what it is not: the AI capability (Intent Recognition, AI Step, Text Improver) is that 29 dollar add-on rather than a natively built conversational engine, reviewers explicitly cite the gap, per-subscriber pricing charges for contacts that never engage, and support responsiveness rates notably lower (4.0/5) than its other categories.

20. Decagon, the 4.5 billion dollar agent platform with no public price

Decagon is a well-funded omnichannel agent platform, backed by a 250 million dollar round at a 4.5 billion dollar valuation, tripled from 1.5 billion in about six months, with 100-plus large enterprise customers including Chime, Duolingo, and Riot Games. Its natural-language Agent Operating Procedures plus built-in Experiments, Watchtower monitoring, and guardrails make for safer rollouts, and G2 reviewers rate the AI quality highly and cite low hallucination rates. Pricing is sales-quote only: the site has no working pricing page, per-conversation and per-resolution models exist with no figures disclosed, and reviewers report roughly a 50,000 dollar per year platform fee plus usage, with disputes possible over what counts as a resolution.

It belongs only to large companies with technical resources and six-figure budgets. Implementation typically needs a dedicated Agent Engineer over weeks to months, and reviewers flag immature admin capabilities such as basic roles and shallow audit logs. Its 18 public reviews are thin next to its funding, so weigh viability and product validation separately.

21. Landbot, the no-code WhatsApp and web builder for SMBs

Landbot is a highly rated no-code visual builder (Ease of Use 4.5/5) that suits marketing, sales, and support teams at SMBs and agencies wanting quick WhatsApp and web bot deployment without engineering. Multi-LLM support is baked into the AI Agent block (OpenAI GPT-3, GPT-4, ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, custom Assistants), and Hotelbeds is cited automating 350,000 inquiries in four weeks. Pricing is tiered, Sandbox free (100 chats a month), Starter 40 euros, Pro 100 euros, WhatsApp Pro 200 euros, Business from 400 euros per month, but per-chat overage at 0.05 euros and per-AI-chat at 0.10 euros make the real bill hard to predict.

Watch the ceiling as well as the cost: support responsiveness is a recurring complaint, no certifications or security page were found, and reviewers say flows become unwieldy and performance degrades once logic gets complex.

22. Botpress, the developer-friendly agent framework with unverifiable current specs

Botpress is a mature, actively developed framework whose Autonomous Node lets an LLM pick tools and actions mid-conversation rather than following a fixed script, a strong fit for technical teams building tool-using agents. It combines a no-code visual builder with code-level extensibility, has an active community (Discord, office hours, Academy), and is well-funded, roughly 45 million dollars across Series A and B with backers including HubSpot Ventures. Its billing runs per third-party data, a free Pay-as-you-go tier, a Team tier around 495 Canadian dollars per month, and custom Enterprise, though the official pricing page could not be loaded (a persistent DNS failure), so current figures are unverified.

Treat the specifics with caution: with the official site unreachable, pricing, feature breadth, and any security documentation rest on third-party (Capterra) corroboration rather than a freshly verified source. Confirm current plan limits directly before committing, and note the free tier's reported 500-message cap limits realistic trials.

The recurring problem is not the unit price but the undisclosed minimums stacked beneath it, which is why finance struggles to model the real monthly bill.

Which platforms carry the compliance certifications enterprises need?

The strongest documented sets belong to Sierra (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP, PCI DSS) and Parloa (ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type 1 and 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, DORA), followed by Intercom, Cognigy, Zendesk, Kommunicate, Chatbase, and Ada. FedRAMP appears only on Sierra, and PCI DSS only on Sierra and Parloa. No certifications were documented on the official pages reviewed for Crisp, Botsify, Voiceflow, Chaindesk, Manychat, Landbot, or Botpress, and Decagon operates a Trust Center that showed no visible certs. See the certification matrix above for the full grid.
